Industrial-Grade Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment – 20 m³/h Capacity
The Basic Principle of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Treatment:
When pure water and salt water are separated by an ideal semipermeable membrane, which allows only water to pass through and blocks salt, water on the pure water side of the membrane will spontaneously flow through the membrane into the salt water side. This phenomenon is called osmosis. Applying pressure to the saltwater side of the membrane inhibits this spontaneous flow of water and slows it down. When the applied pressure reaches a certain value, the net flow of water through the membrane is zero. This pressure is called the osmotic pressure. When the pressure applied to the salt water side of the membrane exceeds the osmotic pressure, the flow of water reverses, and the water in the salt water flows into the pure water side. This phenomenon is the basic principle of reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment.
Principle of the RO water treatment system
Raw water tank → raw water pump (booster pump) → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → security filter → high-pressure pump → RO water treatment system → ultraviolet sterilizer → sterile water tank → variable frequency water supply pump → ultraviolet sterilizer - microporous filter - ozone generator - variable frequency water supply and return sterilization system - clean water.

FAQ
Q: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A: We are a factory.
Q: How Does Reverse Osmosis Work?
A: Reverse osmosis systems purify water by forcing pressurized
water through a very fine Aromatic polyamide membrane. If the raw water being treated comes from a well or another private
source, disinfection and pre-filters (to remove chlorine and/or
particulates/sediment) may be needed in advance of the R/O unit to
remove contaminants that can foul or damage the membrane.
Q: How Do I Know What Size Unit to Buy?
A: R/O units are rated according to the amount of treated water
produced per day. For example, one type of unit produces 5000
liters of treated water per day under its design conditions. In
reality, conditions frequently vary. Line pressure is often lower,
water will frequently be colder than 25° C, and backpressure in the
storage tank will likely reduce the performance of the unit.
Consequently, you should examine water conditions and buy a
larger-rated unit than needed if any of the above problems are
noted
Q: Material of the reverse osmosis system?
A: You can choose FRP filter + U-PVC pipe, stainless steel filter +
U-PVC pipe, or total stainless steel.
Q: What's your production Period?
A: Generally, for 50Hz voltage, we need 5 working days to finish, for 60Hz, we need 30 working days to finish.
Guidelines for getting a proper quotation:
1. Tell us the production capacity you want(500L/H,1T/H,
2T/H......)?
2. What is your source water(tap water/underground water....)?
3. What is the product water used for(drinking /bottled water....)?
4. If you have the water report, please send us.
