XHHL3200H Handheld contact resistance tester micro-ohmmeter
The loop resistance tester, also known as micro-ohmmeter and
contact resistance tester, is an instrument developed by our
company to measure the contact resistance of various high-voltage
switches, high-voltage circuit breakers, metal welding components,
metal conductor loop resistance, and precision micro-ohm
resistance.
This instrument is based on a high-speed microcontroller, combined
with a high-precision A/D converter, digital measurement
technology, anti-power frequency interference technology, and
advanced programmable current source technology, so that the
built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery can generate
ripple-free DC current, with a maximum output of 220A. The output
current can be fine-tuned in steps of 2.5A, with up to 87 current
gears, to meet the test of multiple current gears; Meanwhile, the
time (10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s) can be set to continuously
output large current tests, which can be tested with high
precision, high stability, and high intelligence in a strong
interference environment; in terms of circuit design, it has
functions such as open circuit protection and overheating
protection.
The instrument uses a 5.6-inch color LCD display with Chinese and
English operation interfaces, which are clear and intuitive. It is
also equipped with standard resistors, and the instrument can be
self-checked for accuracy before formal testing. The instrument has
the advantages of wide range, large data storage capacity, strong
anti-interference ability, simple operation, handheld, small size,
and easy to carry. A printer can also be selected for data
printing.
