Working principle of ball mill:
Because the gear transmission of the ball mill will generate axial force, a hollow shaft neck is designed with two convex shoulders, and the distance between the convex shoulders is exactly equal to the length of the bearing shell, so as to prevent axial movement. The gears are driven by the motor or the cylinder is driven by the low-speed synchronous TV through the peripheral gear transmission. The material is loaded into the cylinder from the hollow shaft at the feed end. When the cylinder of the ball mill rotates, the grinding body is attached to the cylinder lining due to inertia, centrifugal force and friction, and is carried away by the cylinder. When it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown down due to its own gravity. The falling grinding body crushes the material in the cylinder like a projectile. When the material enters the cylinder, it is crushed by the grinding medium, thus achieving the crushing and grinding effect.
