Product Structure:
Composed of two layers of materials:
1. Base material: Radiation cross-linked polyolefin
2. Adhesive layer: Special sealing hot-melt adhesive
3. Two-component solid epoxy powder

Working Principle: After heating, the base material shrinks radially, and the inner adhesive layer melts, firmly bonding the steel pipe and epoxy coating, and tightly wrapping the repair area to form a whole. The adhesive strength to the primed steel is greater than 70N. Whether for wrapping elbows or straight pipe connections, the surface is smooth and wrinkle-free after heating, and the bonding strength meets national standards.
Performance Characteristics: Excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and good UV resistance and light aging resistance.
