Wear-resistant Composite Pipe for Mining

Wear-resistant composite pipes have a multi-layer structure. From the inside out, they are mainly composed of a wear-resistant inner layer, a steel cord reinforcing layer, and an outer protective layer. The reinforcing layer of the pipe body forms an integral pipe wall structure that cannot move relatively with adjacent layers through fusion or bonding. A typical structure is shown in the figure.
When used for trenchless pipeline repair or in large-slope laying conditions, pre-impregnated tape materials can be wound at a certain Angle or axially accompanied on the surface of the reinforcing layer to increase the tensile strength of the wear-resistant composite pipe.
