Working Principle:

The 220V/50HZ power supply is converted into high-voltage electric energy by the ultrasonic welding generator, and the transducer is used to convert it into mechanical energy. The mechanical vibration is amplified by the two-stage rod and transferred to the processed object through the welding horn, and the air pressure is used to produce the effect of pressurized friction fusion on the workpiece contact surface, so as to achieve a good welding effect, no need of glue or any other adhesive things.

The digital ultrasonic welding generator designed according to human body engineering has three welding modes(time mode, energy mode, and continuous mode), and it has an automatic frequency tracking function, with an automatic overload protection function against the inaccurate operation, making the ultrasonic generator easy to use and operate.
