Railway Vehicle Industry (including subways and light rail vehicles)

1. Body keel welding is used as fixtures for welding molds.
Main application models: 101-J,10247,22502-B,11421,203-F,12130,702-C,702-D.

2. For welding of the outer metal plate of the car body, manual toggle clamps are used as fixtures.
Main application models: F clamps.

3. Welding of door panels is used as positioning bolts and fixtures for welding jigs. Main application models: 11412,12205,10247,225-D,21382,304-C,304-E etc.

4. Welding of seats is used as fixtures for welding fittings. Main application models: 12265,11421,36020,22235 etc.

Plastic Products Manufacturing Industry

Plastic products are basically divided into two categories: blow molding and injection molding. At present, no manual toggle clamp has been found in blow molding, while a large number of manual toggle clamps have been used for injection molding products. It refers to the decorative building materials products produced by PU plastic foaming, such as carved lines, lamp panels, decorative flowers, internal and external angles, and Roman columns. The manual toggle clamp is used as a fixture on the "foaming mold."

Shoemaking Industry

It refers to the PU sole produced by PU foaming mode, and manual toggle clamps are used as a fixture in PU foaming molds for sole manufacture. Main application models: 10448.

1. Hand grips are covered with an oil and stain resistant red vinyl or red plastic for easy identification and to assure the safety and comfort of the operator.
2. All die-stamped steel parts are deburred, cleaned, and receive a zinc plated finish that resists corrosion and created a smooth, easy to clean surface.
3. Heavy duty rivets are used to maintain accuracy and to increase endurance. All heavy-duty clamps receive hardened ground pins and bushings.
