80mm Through Bore Slip Ring 6 Wires 15A Transmit Fiber Brush for Wrap Machine

80mm through hole size slip ring belongs to CENO's ECN series slip ring.The center hole is provided for going through shaft when mounting it on the machine.It adopts bundle fiber brush technology which make contacts on each ring are multiple points.The technology ensures low abrasion performance effectively during slip ring operation.Our standard through hole size are 12.7mm,25.4mm,38.1mm,50mm,60mm,70mm,80mm,100mm,but also can make other hole size up to 2000mm as request.

Structure of through bore slip ring can be installed easily by passing user's tube or shaft as there is one aluminum collar ring which has 4 screw holes for fixing slip ring on the user's tube or shaft.As well as anti-rotation tab or pin could be designed on rotor or stator side as per user's operation request.
