Automatic 300mm Height Flat Wire Coil Winding Machine For Small Transformer LR300 is a special winding machine for winding flat wire, and it is provided with main frame, main motor, servo motor, touch screen, pneumatic system, control system, coil stand and so on. The parameters can be easily input through the user friendly interface. After inputting the relevant parameters, only need to press the foot pedal, then the machine will run automatically and wind the coil according to the input parameters. The coil shape can be rectangular, oval and circle etc. which depends on the shape of the mould. This machine can adopt different mold connecting mode, such as double chucks, and 4-jaw chucks. The rotating speed can be adjusted through a potentiometer on the screen board, and the rotating direction can be switched through the foot pedal. Based on PLC, the control system controls the machine precisely.
