The double-girder bridge crane is composed of a box-type bridge, a hoisting trolley, a crane traveling mechanism, and an electrical system. This is a great option for high speeds and heavy service. As the currently widely used lifting machinery is especially suitable for warehouses, freight yards and other departments, it is forbidden to use the equipment in flammable, explosive or corrosive environments.
It works by relying on the longitudinal movement of the bridge along the direction of the workshop track, the lateral movement of the trolley along the direction of the main beam and the lifting movement of the hook. The crane has a high lifting capacity and is designed with two hooks, that is, two sets of independent lifting mechanisms. The main hook is used to lift heavy objects, the auxiliary hook is used to lift light objects, and the auxiliary hook can also be used to tilt or dump materials in cooperation with the main hook. However, when the weight of the cargo exceeds the auxiliary rated capacity, do not lift with both hooks at the same time.
