Custom Copper Busbar For New Energy Equipment
Copper bar, also known as copper bus bar or copper bus bar, is made of copper material, and the cross-section is a rectangular or chamfered (rounded) rectangular long conductor (now generally rounded copper bars are used to avoid tip discharge), in The circuit plays the role of conveying current and connecting electrical equipment. Process preparation
1. According to the design drawings and production task list, consider the best solution.
2. Check whether the model specifications of primary electrical components and accessories meet the requirements of drawings and bills of materials, and whether product licenses and certificates of conformity are complete.
Selection of copper busbars
1. The specifications and materials of the main busbar are in accordance with the design drawings, and the material of the branch busbar is the same as that of the main circuit busbar without special requirements.
2. The selection of the branch circuit busbar (conductor) shall be selected according to the wire diameter marked in the figure. If it is not marked, it shall be selected according to the current of the circuit breaker release.
3. When the busbar is selected for the main circuit or branch circuit, according to the rated current, select the cross-sectional specification not less than the current carrying capacity in Table 2 and Table 3.
4. The grounding busbar (PE) of the low-voltage power distribution device shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
5. The cross section of the grounding bus of the high-voltage power distribution device should not be less than 30 square millimeters, and the grounding wire through the door should not be less than 4 square millimeters.
6. The surface of the bus bar should be smooth, smooth, free of cracks and inclusions.
