Vertical Lapper works to form vertically oriented fiber batt which produces more high loft and elastic nonwoven product in comparison with the products made by ordinary cross lapped web formation.

End product outperforms the normal(cross lapper) padding in physical elastic resilience and shape stability, and especially suits for applications of upholstery, insulation, building material, etc.
