This ATSAM3N2BA-AU microcontroller unit offers an ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit processor core and is ideal for applications requiring low power consumption and high performance. It features Flash memory with a capacity of 32KB, and SRAM with a capacity of 8KB, and is equipped with an integrated 10-bit ADC, 2 independent DMA channels, and up to 16 interrupt channels. The unit also comes with a USB 2.0 controller, a real-time clock, and two 32-bit timers. The operating voltage is from 1.62V to 3.6V and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
