Design idea: after the packaging of the product is completed by the sealing machine, the product is positioned through the inclined roll and transported to the fixed pick-position.HMI selects product size and operation in advance.
Speed, the PLC starts the robot movement, and it is allowed to start under the condition that there is no staff interference in the robot movement area.One conveying line can catch two different products, the same product stacking to the stacking area, pallet-warehouse can be placed 10 pallets.

Processing flow introdution:

1.PLC judge a conveying line incoming workpiece

2.The pallet is moved on the conveyor line to the pick - up position

3.The robot moves over the product

4.Pick it up with a sponge gripper

5.Robot moves to the position where palletizing is required

6.The placement position is calculated by the position offset

7.Slowly drop the product down

8.Repeat the above steps;
