    •Parameter configuration


    Before using KYL-320H, the user needs to make simple configuration based on its own needs to determine the channel, interface mode and data format. The user can change or view the module's interface baud rate, channel and address code. Parameter setting or reading as per the testing software KYLPRO.exe in the PC (in products box). When the air baud rate is greater than the interface baud rate, one frame can transmit unlimited data, and the air baud rate is less than or equal to the interface baud rate. A frame can transmit up to 255 bytes. The higher the air baud rate is, the closer the transmission distance will be.


    When using 2pcs KYL-320H, the parameters must be configured as follows (Our company will normally configure the parameters according to the user's needs):

    1. The same channel (ie, frequency);

    2. The same air baud rate;

    3. The interface baud rate and parity bit are consistent with the connected device or computer.


    Software operation (see "Software Operating Instructions" for details):

    After entering setup software, Click "open port",

    Click "read radio station in file". After successful detection, click "read parameters", "Read correct" show your connection between KYL module and PC is correct.

    •Attentions


    1. In order to achieve the best communication effect, please use a power supply with a smaller ripple factor as much as possible. The maximum output current of the power supply should be more than 1.5 times the maximum operating current of the module.

    2. For TTL, RS-485, RS-232 interfaces, one of them can be choosed only.

    3. Baud rate: Interface baud rate: the user can change it in KYLPRO.exe PC software; Air baud rate: can not be changed after shipment.

    4. The Pin8 "SLP" in JP1 is the signal of sleep control. In high power level, transceiver stays in working mode. In low power level [<0.5V], transceiver stays in sleep mode. The SLP signal can convert transceiver from working to sleep mode in 1ms after falling edge. If the sleep signal arrives when the transceiver is transmitting data, the module will enter sleep mode after finishing transmission. From sleep mode to working, it takes the transceiver 1ms after rising edge. To disable the opened sleep function of KYL-300H, the SLP (SLEEP) pin should be definitely connected with 0 or ground.
