3.1Coil loading car

1)Structure and working style: Each of the double mandrels has
three steps, and radial expansion through slider driven by
hydraulic cylinder (Φ140×75mm); To make sure coil on centerline of
the slitting line, the double mandrels bidirectionally move toward
or faraway each other, or one of the mandrel bi-directionally move
toward or faraway to the other, by hydraulic cylinder(Φ125×900mm).

1)Structure: hole with cement walls, two pieces of turnover plate
to more or less cover the hole, so as to accumulate some strip in
